Teruel judge charged 17 people for membership in a drug trafficking network.

Zaragoza, July 5 .- The examining judge in March of Teruel has indicted 17 people, seven of whom are in custody for alleged involvement in an organized network to the introduction and distribution of cocaine in Spain.

As reported today Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Aragon, the head of the court, in its order of imputation, believes that the dndants, mostly, sto energy credits, from South America, formed a network with a "solid" infrastructure that were aimed at sale of cocaine.

The investigation began on February 4 this year, to detect the Guardia Civil at the airport Barajas one parcel from Costa Rica and bound Teruel which contained 205 grams of cocaine, with a purity of 73.5 percent, and an illegal market value in excess of 18,000 euros.

The package, which controlled delivery was authorized by the examining judge in July in Madrid, was collected in Teruel by Claribel CR, a woman of Dominican nationality and location currently on probation.

The judge, after lifting the gag order that hung over the case from the February 4, ratified today the temporary detention of seven of the accused and released on bail without bail for the others.

However, the judge will have withdrawn their passports and ordered them to appear in court on the 1st and 15th of each month until the date of conclusion of the trial, pending the letter of accusation from the Justice Department.
