Aisa Fergo signs contract with GEM to increase capital to 60 million.

Barcelona, July 15 .- The Catalan Fergo Aisa estate today signed a contract line with the international firm capital GEM, which will have the right, but not the obligation, from required to GEM to subscribe one or more capital increases up to a maximum of 60 million euros.

Each notice of subscription is subject to Carlofergo company, a company controlled by the main shareholder of Fergo Aisa, Carlos Fernandez, and Fernandez himself, has delivered to GEM, ffxiv gil, on loan a number of shares as to which the company intends to include in the notice of subscription.

In addition, the company's shares must not have been suspended in the thirty sessions prior to the date of notification.

The five million new shares of the estate Catalan Fergo Aisa, resulting from a capital increase worth 5.2 million euros, quoted on the stock market from tomorrow, the company reported to the CNMV in a statement.

The capital increase operation was approved at the shareholders' meeting on July 29, which earned above results also charge losses of EUR 70.3 million for the year 2009.
