Will consider financing rebels in Libya. A number of countries meeting in Qatar's capital Doha on Wednesday to discuss the situation in civil war-torn Libya.
One of the proposals on the table is to create new arrangements to transfer money to the eastern parts of the country where the rebels have the power. UK Foreign Secretary William Hague believes the money should be used to finance public services.
The Italians would go further, World of Warcraft gold, and think it should be considered to give the rebels both money and weapons.
- The proposal to arm the rebels are definitely on the table, so they can dnd themselves, "said Maurizio Massari, a spokesman for the Italian Foreign Ministry.
A source in the ministry believes some of the funds for the Libyan regime that is frozen in foreign countries, can be transferred to, wow gold, the rebels.
The question of arms sales, however, controversial, and the authorities in Belgium rejects the proposal because it is against the UN resolution which allows for the use of military force in Libya.
