Tai Chi Chuan: a physical activity while douceurLe Tai Chi Chuan, also known as Taijiquan is a strange choreography from China. Performed slowly, the movements are a bit mysterious. At times,gaia gold, those who appear to Taijiquan fighting against an invisible enemy, at others they seem to play with subtle forces.
The philosophy of Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi Chuan is a gentle exercise that can live in balance and movement of combat life. Eric Caulier, Taijiquan graduate of the University of Physical Education in Beijing, trainer, founder of the Belgian different schools of Tai Chi Chuan we explained the philosophy: “China has kept a sense of the complete human being. Taijiquan will therefore work on energy and on the philosophical aspect, but from the body. The way we relate with our bodies will show how we interact with others, the life forces, forces nature.
Taijiquan will the body (in the sense of the entirety of the individual) in vibrational resonance with the forces of society and nature. The aim will be to pass the breath of life through gesture and the movement. ” (continue reading…)
